Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and issues. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales, preferably in an inclusive banking setting. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including retail mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with diverse client groups and providing tailored solutions.
