Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of retail mortgages, sales, and relationship management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in retail mortgages.
