We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the BFSI sector. Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and inclusive banking products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with diverse client groups, including those from underprivileged backgrounds.
