We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, with 10-11 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail mortgages and sales. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and issues. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgages and loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
