Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in small finance banks. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to provide expert advice on mortgage options. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI sector, preferably in retail mortgages. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide expert advice on mortgage options. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is advantageous.
