Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience managing retail mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to determine the best course of action.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of mortgage loan applications.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing retail mortgages with a strong understanding of lending regulations and practices.
