Job Description

Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retail mortgages products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
