Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in retail banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach.
