Role & responsibilities

• Office job, no Field Work.
• Its an outbound process.
• They will be calling on the leads(Interested Customer) shared by the company.
• They will be briefing the customer about the product benefit.
• They will be convincing the customers to renew the health insurance policy.
• They will have to achieve the Given sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidate should have experience in insurance sales /Renewal / channel and online product Selling.
• Candidate should have good customer support experience & convincing power.
• Candidate should be sharp in pitching policy to customers and should be presentable.
• Minimum experience should be at least 6 month in sales.
• BPO experienced candidates can be considered.
