Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, providing financial advice, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to process client requests and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and interpret financial data
Knowledge of life insurance products and services
Proficiency in using CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
