Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage pre- and post-sales processes, and ensure seamless communication to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to track and support daily activities across assigned zones.
  • Consolidate and manage sales activity reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Monitor team performance, identify process gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure all sales-related equipment and documents are up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer coordination for pre- and post-dispatch formalities and documentation.
  • Assist with payment follow-ups as per agreed commercial terms.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing systems for active sales documentationboth digital and physical.
  • Join meetings with customers post-order finalization to clarify terms and conditions with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through courteous and professional communication.
  • Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of administrative precision.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
