As a Relationship Manager in the Real Estate Sales team, your role will involve identifying, connecting, and building relationships with potential clients for residential/commercial properties. You will be responsible for conducting client meetings, property site visits, and presentations. Understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable projects, negotiating deals, closing sales, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business will be crucial. You will also need to coordinate with internal sales, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transaction flow. Staying updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities is important for success in this role. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, or any field sales role. - Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply. In this role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities, customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills, self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment are essential for success.
