Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Nalbari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include customer engagement, offering tailored insurance solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving renewals and cross-sell opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolving client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills
Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Experience in sales, negotiation, and upselling
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other technology to streamline client interactions
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
