Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, setting sales targets, and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Insurance Agency Sales
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
