Job Description

Hiring for "Relationship Manager-Corporate Agri" in a leading Bank.

Location-Raipur


Role Objective:

Acquire and manage corporate agri clients to drive asset growth, deliver banking solutions, and maintain portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new corporate agri clients (agri-processing, input companies, commodity traders, warehousing, dairy, food processing).
  • Manage and deepen relationships to increase revenue and cross-sell (working capital, term loans, trade finance, treasury, CASA, CMS).
  • Conduct financial analysis, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate for sanction/renewal of limits.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance, and manage early warning signals.
  • Provide market intelligence on agri trends and commodity cycles.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of agri value chains, corporate lending, and credit assessment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • MBA/PGDM/CA or equivalent with 3–8 years of experience in corporate/agri banking.
