Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Malda. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, advising clients on insurance products, and ensuring customer needs are met. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer support
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Ability to resolve issues and provide effective solutions
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
