Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Baleshwar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing support and guidance to address their insurance needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their insurance requirements, offering suitable products, and assisting with any claims or policy changes. The role also involves liaising with insurance providers to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer relationship management and sales
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
