Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Berhampore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include meeting clients in person, handling inquiries, offering tailored insurance solutions, and working closely with the sales and support teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
