The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the NRI customer base in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for acquiring new NRI customers, cross-selling banking products and services, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Acquire new NRI customers through various channels such as referrals, events, and digital marketing Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI customers to increase their engagement and cross-sell banking products and services Conduct regular meetings with NRI clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions Keep updated on the latest market trends and products to provide accurate and timely information to NRI clients Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling NRI banking products and services Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience Represent IDFC FIRST Bank at various events and seminars to promote our NRI banking products and services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Knowledge of NRI banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of financial markets and products Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel within the assigned territory If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
