Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Relationship Manager-NRI at Axis Bank. In this role, the Relationship Manager-NRI will be responsible for managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with banking and financial solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include account management, responding to client inquiries, offering expert advice on financial products, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling bank services.

• Experience in offering financial solutions and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Knowledge of NRI banking services and products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the banking sector is beneficial
