Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assessing customer financial needs. Responsibilities include promoting loan products, serving as the main point of contact for clients, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursement. The role requires ongoing interaction with customers, analyzing their requirements, and providing them with tailored financial solutions while meeting company goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Sales and marketing expertise, including knowledge of loan products and the ability to identify and approach potential customers
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess customer financial needs and assist in the decision-making process
• Understanding of housing finance operations, including loan applications, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business management software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in housing finance or related financial services is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a dynamic, customer-centered environment
