We hope to make real estate a part of peoples financial portfolios. Our Discounted Property Partnership or DPP model of participation is the first time a structured model has been introduced and has opened up this sector which previously remained exclusive to HNIs and Ultra HNIs.

Role and Responsibilities

Good MFD relations and channel management experience of at least 4-5 years is a must.

Business Development

• Build and manage a distribution / channel partner network of corporate Mutual Fund distributors (MFDs) for promotion of companys product offering.
• The size of the MFDs will be specified in terms of Asset under advise (AUM) from time to time by the Company.

Target Achievement

• Achieve designated monthly, quarterly and annual MFD empanelment and contribution targets.
• Maintain monthly & quarterly activity plan and ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain and share on a daily basis any MIS as may be required by the Company.

Channel Partner Training and Engagement

• Ensure initial product explanation, system sign-up , product and transaction training for empanelled MFDs and their respective teams.
• Ensure maximum participation of MFDs and activation of employees within MFDs in various opportunities presented by the company.
• Gather market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition.

The role will report to Area Head- Business Development or Head Business Development or any other vertical heads as may be directed by the Company from time to time.

Remuneration will be consistent with the best in the industry and will be commensurate with the candidates experience.
