We are looking to expand our professional team and hire enthusiasts with entrepreneurial abilities to join our winning team for the below mentioned roles Relationship managers -Transactions: Experience: 0 to 2 years of job experience Educational Qualifications: Graduate (Business Administration, Commerce or Science) Location: Hyderabad Salary: As per industry standards Roles & Responsibilities: Client relation management and building the portfolio Build and manage builder network and manage the relationship with clients Should understand the complete real estate registration process end to end Proofread all the necessary documents provided by the client and suggest /procure additional packs basis the need Tie up with marketing channel and broker network to monetize the real estate asset for the client ¢ Strong engagement with brokers and other channels Give a solution for the clients requirement and organize the clients real estate portfolio ¢ Drive the revenue stream for the growth of the organisation Eligibility Criteria: ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong drive for results clubbed with excellent presentation skills Good communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu) and interpersonal skills ¢ ¢ Strong knowledge about the real estate landscape in Hyderabad and surrounding cities Experience in the banking/finance/real estate sector will be an added advantage. 1
