Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will analyze market trends and report on account performance.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of market trends and business development
• Analytical skills for reporting on account performance
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
