Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers and make informed lending decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and underwriting to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in Affordable Housing, DSA (Direct Sales Agent), Home Finance, Home Loans/Housing Loans/LAP (Loan Against Property)/Lap Loans/Mortgage Loans/Secured Loans.
Strong understanding of affordable housing schemes like CLSS (Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme) & other government initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
