Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with banking software and systems.
