Job Description

Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages.Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies.

Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to provide accurate assessments and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess client financial data.

Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
