Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer queries and concerns. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and other investment instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
