Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling micro finance products. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of micro finance products and services, including mutual funds and other investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
