Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Relationship Manager with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mutual fund relationships and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mutual funds and financial products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
