Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and acquire new clients to expand the existing customer base. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends. Experience in building and implementing effective sales strategies. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
