Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and pursue new business leads to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills. Job Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
