Relationship Manager (Matrimonial)

In this role, as a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager in the Sales and Business Development function, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer requirements accurately and assisting them in finding suitable partners. - Delivering quality service to paid members and maintaining strong relationships with them. - Searching, screening, and shortlisting profiles, establishing contacts, initiating meetings, and creating success stories. - Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow-up to retain and convert prospects into sales such as renewals and referrals. - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, active listening, service orientation, integrity, punctuality, and presentation skills. - Leveraging emotional quotient and persuasion skills to interact effectively and understand client requirements.
