Job Title: Matrimonial Profile Team

Job Summary:
The Matrimonial Profile Team is responsible for creating, updating, and managing client profiles with accuracy and confidentiality. The team ensures profiles are well-drafted, verified, and presented attractively to support the matchmaking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect client information and documents for profile creation.
• Draft and update client profiles with clarity and professionalism.
• Verify details shared by clients to ensure authenticity.
• Upload and maintain profiles in the system/database.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers for matching suitable profiles.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data at all times.
• Provide timely support and updates to clients on their profiles.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Team player with good coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience in data management, content writing, or customer support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
