Function: Sales and Business Business Development Corporate Sales The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales and assisting them in finding suitable partners. Inhouse Sales & Service portfolio Understanding the customer requirement accurately Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements. Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories. Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.) Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, serviceorientation, Integrity. Punctuality & Presentation skills Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
