Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives for residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospective buyers
  • Conduct site visits and present project details to clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
  • Maintain accurate client and sales databases
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign activities

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
  • Good command over spoken and written English
  • Fluency in local languages is a plus

Eligibility Criteria

  • Male candidates only
  • Must own and use a valid two-wheeler for work
  • Must reside locally in Bangalore (within city limits)
  • Out-of-station candidates will not be considered
  • Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
