Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kakinada. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, providing appropriate solutions, and negotiating contracts. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Experience in the industry is a plus
