Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager/Sales Manager at our company, your role involves front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface. You will be responsible for recommending suitable home loan products/solutions, showcasing benefits, and maintaining regular interaction with customers through various means such as group meetings, site promotions, and presentations. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating leads in the catchment areas through branding and marketing activities - Advising clients on products and benefits, ensuring sales fulfillment - Updating marketing and sales collaterals - Conducting promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction - Handling front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface - Spearheading documentation and fresh bounce collections To excel in this role, you should possess: - High customer service and customer-conversion orientation - Excellent selling and persuasion skills - Good communication skills in English, regional language, and Hindi - Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, web-based systems) - Pleasant and well-groomed personality The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in selling loans, preferably home loans in the affordable segment, and must be earning incentives in the current organization. A graduate in any discipline is required, although candidates with more than 4 years of experience without graduation may also be considered. Preferably, candidates should come from the BFSI/NBFC sector and fall within the age range of 21-30 years.,
