The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong retail lending business of Credit Card by sourcing, onboarding and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners and Customers. Source and on-board new DSA, channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocated area. Maintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teams. Train and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity Conduct activities across Corporate, Malls, Railway Stations etc. to generate new leads for Company's products and services. Source, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile and Bank/Lender policies. Post Graduate & Graduate from any discipline. Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with Channel Partners and Customers. Achieve the targets assigned as per the work profile and geography. Promote and sell/cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledge. Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction Coordinate with Bank and in-house team to accelerate the work process. Reach out to old and new customers with various products offers and pitch them the benefits.
