The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, providing appropriate solutions, and negotiating contracts. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in account management and client relationship management Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the industry is a plus
