Job Description

Charyas is building a high-growth direct insurance brokerage, and we are looking for an energetic Relationship Manager to drive motor insurance sales through the agency channel. You will recruit, train, and develop new agents, achieve sales targets, and build a strong network of performing agents.
The role demands ownership, consistent field presence, and strong relationship management.
Core responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring agents, conducting joint field calls, ensuring business from new and existing networks, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and policy persistency. You will track performance metrics, handle documentation, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in motor insurance sales, deep understanding of agency channels, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the drive to deliver results. This role offers competitive pay, high incentives, and rapid growth for self-driven individuals.
