What would you be doing 1. Develop recipes emphasizing clean labels and nutritional benefits - from a nutrition first prespective 2. Conduct comprehensive research on micro and macro nutrients' impact on taste and nutrition labels. 3. Thoroughly investigate ingredients and flavors for optimal product utilization. 4. Maintain meticulous records of all research and data relevant to product development. 5. Conduct periodic on-site visits during batch production to ensure quality standards (only one site in Ahmedabad). 6. Conduct market and product research to assess competitive products. What do we look for in your qualifications Bachelors degree in food science & nutrition from an accredited institution.
