Product Head

Business Growth & Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business expansion and increase revenue.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

- Ensure the development and launch of competitive products aligned with market demand.

Marketing Activities:

- Work closely with the marketing team to provide technical guidance for promotional strategies.

- Conduct technical presentations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams when required.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Cost-Effective Product Development:

- Study product drawings and create Bill of Materials (BOM) sheets.

- Regularly update BOM in the system and rectify existing BOM if required.

- Review project documents and implement necessary revisions to improve efficiency.

- Optimize product development processes to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Technical Guidance & Process Improvement:

- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the marketing and sales teams.

- Evaluate and track the implementation of industry best practices, new technologies, and process improvements.

- Ensure product designs meet compliance and industry standards.

Financial & Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and report on revenue generated through successful conversions in the CRM sales funnel.

- Track financial contribution and sales performance to align with business goals.

- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and track spending on engineering resources.

- Evaluate the quality of code reviews and incorporate feedback into the development process.
