Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client queries, providing property consultations, assisting with property transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of real estate markets and property consultations
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
