We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing
daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic
thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in business
management.
- The position holder will be managing a team of 5-6 individuals.
* Build and manage productive, professional relationships withclients.
* Accurately plan, forecast and achieve fortnightly, monthly
* client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set ofclients.
* Maximize revenue by upselling higher value services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenuetargets.
* Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures.
* Prompt resolution of complaints.
* Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite
* Proficient in applying effective sales techniques to driveconversions and business growth.
* Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities indynamic situations.
* Excellent verbal communication paired with active listening forimpactful client interactions.
* Strategic vision and foresight to identify and create new customeropportunities.
* Skilled in team management with strong interpersonal andleadership capabilities.
* Solid understanding of client segmentation, data analysis, and report management for informed decision-making.
- MBA graduate with Min 55% & UG - Min 60%
* 10th & 12th Min 70%
* Min 2.5 yrs to 4 yrs of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention ( ( 2 years exp in current company)
* Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 5-6 team members in last 1yrs
* Hiring Age - upto 31
Location : Coimbatore | Erode | Tiruppur
Salary Range : From 42,000 - 50,400 ( hike based on previous salary)
