Relationship Manager-Home Loan

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loans Company: Basic Home Loan Job Description: We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with partners and customers, and to drive business growth through home loan sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop business from partners and customers. Follow up on warm leads and generate new prospects. Use multiple sales approaches including calls, emails, visits, events, and campaigns. Engage with DSAs, connectors, and contractors to reach customers. Respond to RFPs and support new/existing customers. Maintain CRM data and share weekly reports with managers. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any field. Minimum 1 year of experience in home loans, DSA management, or DST channel. Tech-friendly and comfortable with CRM tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to network, build relationships, and work in a team. Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
