Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager, based in Kanpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, advising clients on suitable insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include liaising with clients via various communication channels, preparing and presenting insurance solutions, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Advisory and Problem-Solving skills
Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
