Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bihar(Muzaffarpur ,Gaya, Bhagalpur & Purnia Location).

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, Managing, Developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with Channel Partner.

Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring their sales performance, providing guidance and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in Sales Analytics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.
