Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling relevant banking products to customers. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales (credit card sales, CASA sales, banking sales). Strong knowledge of banking products including credit cards, loans, deposits etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
