Job Description

Relationship Manager
Role & Responsibilities

Customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform, including end-to-end lead handling generated by digital engagement, self-calling on databases, and call center operations.
Nurture all leads with the intention to culminate closures based on the right product match for the defined area or projects according to customer needs.
Facilitate customer engagement at required projects to expedite the online booking process.
Manage the portfolio of all customers who have engaged with any of the projects, focusing on deepening relationships.
Ensure monthly relationship continuity to enhance Customer Lifetime Value, generate potent references, and strengthen the loyalty program.
Manage the entire lead funnel via all relevant mediums such as voice, video, and text.
Work closely with all customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and provide support for financial management.
Negotiate with customers or developers for effective closure.
Collaborate on assigned projects, areas, or beats to enhance online information availability on the platform and carry out online transactions.
